Delete your Gorillo account

1. Open Settings: the gear on your Home screen.
2. Tap Delete my account, below Sign out.
3. Confirm with your password.

Email contact@courtbreakstudios.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Gorillo account”. We will confirm the request is yours, delete the account within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

You can also ask us, the same way, to delete specific data without closing your account.

• Trainers: your login, profile, calendar and unused invite codes are deleted, and your gym is closed. Your clients keep their own training history under your gym’s name; ask us if you want that erased too. Payment records may be kept for as long as accounting or tax law requires.
• Clients: your login and profile are deleted, and you are unlinked from your gym. Your sessions and the messages you sent stay with your trainer as their training record; ask your trainer or us to erase them.
• Deleted data is removed from our live systems straight away. Backup copies expire within 14 weeks.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google: cancel it in your store account.
