What does Gorillo cost?
One subscription, priced by how many clients are on your roster, with everything included on every plan: up to 5 clients for €14.99 a month, up to 10 for €24.99, up to 20 for €39.99, up to 40 for €69.99 and up to 100 for €139.99. Paying yearly costs €149.99, €249.99, €399.99 or €699.99, each 17% less than twelve monthly payments; the 100-client plan is monthly only. Prices include VAT; in the US they are the same numbers in dollars, before sales tax. More than 100 clients? Email us. Your clients never pay, and Gorillo takes no cut of what they pay you.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 7 days free. Sign up on the web and the free week needs no card and covers up to 5 clients. Sign up in the app and the trial runs through the App Store or Google Play: the store asks for a payment method, and the subscription renews automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel in your store settings at least 24 hours before. There is one free trial per store account.
Which clients count toward my plan?
Every client on your roster, except the ones you archive. When you reach your plan’s limit, move up to the next plan or archive someone who has finished training with you: archiving frees the slot and keeps their history, and you can bring them back later. A client can be archived once they have no active plan.
Does Gorillo take payments?
No. Gorillo tracks payments; it does not process them. You set up plans (monthly, session packs, packs with a deadline, or drop-in), assign one to each client and mark them paid when they pay you. Finances then shows what is outstanding, who needs renewing, who is at risk and what to expect this month. No card processing, no fees.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account and your clients’ apps become read-only: everyone can still see everything, nothing new can be added, and nothing is deleted. Subscribe again and everything is as you left it. To stop paying, cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings, or in Settings in the web app if your plan is billed on the web. Deleting your Gorillo account does not cancel a store subscription.
